We recognized where we could offer additional value to our customers in feedback about how difficult it is to pay a flat rate as patient volume fluctuates.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our pay-as-you-grow pricing plan.
How does this new pricing work?
Two ways ECPs leverage Anagram is to verify out-of-network benefits and to submit out-of-network claims. With the new pricing plan users’ monthly bills will depend on how frequently they use Anagram to help people unlock their out-of-network benefits.
Here’s how it works: To start with, we substantially reduced our monthly minimum. From there, customers pay a small percentage of revenue from claims filed. The amount depends on the number of claims filed. As patient volume rises, it ticks down to keep costs under control. This ensures that Anagram remains affordable regardless of how many appointments are booked each month.
What does this mean for ECPs?
ECPs find the flexibility they need to scale their practices while improving patient experience when they drop vision plans that limit revenue and quality of care. Anagram, as it is, removes some of the biggest barriers to out-of-network care. Our new pricing model makes it easier than ever for ECPs to take advantage of Anagram and help patients access out-of-network benefits.
